What we see around us is illusion only. Things we see around us are not actually the way they are. For us, the sky seems to be flat and sun seems to be moving across the sky. All these are optical illusions which are created in our eyes. In optical illusions, we perceive the image of an object differently than it actually is. There are different types of optical illusions such as physiological illusions, cognitive illusion and literal illusions. The use of optical illusions is manifold. Many artists have used the optical illusions to have state of art creation. Optical illusions are used by people from different spheres of life such as the police department is using the optical illusion to reduce the number of road accidents while the big companies are using the optical illusions such as 3 D chalk drawings to draw people towards their brands. Even in various shopping malls, the various optical illusion creations have become center of attraction for thousands. At various tourist spots, optical illusions have become the source of revenue generation and these offer full excitement to the visitors. The viewers not only feel amused when they look at these optical illusions but they feel excited and enthusiastic to find out the hidden objects in these optical pictures.
